Kathleen Prom

With a background in both Technical Writing and Architecture from the University of Minnesota, Kathleen began her career working for a high-end custom homebuilder who was also an architect—an experience that highlighted how details shape the feel of an entire home. She went on to draft, design, estimate, and manage projects alongside some of the best historic remodelers and custom builders in the Twin Cities. Now at Ben Quie & Sons, Kathleen serves as Estimator and Project Coordinator, a role that draws on her full range of experience. She brings creativity and clarity to the estimating process, preserving the integrity of each design while providing the field team with the resources they need to succeed. Outside of work, Kathleen enjoys treasure hunting at estate sales and flea markets, salvaging materials, and designing her home garden.
