Michael Reel

Michael has been building and modifying things since childhood (much to the occasional dismay of his parents). After college, he headed to Vail, Colorado, where a summer construction job on luxury vacation homes became the start of a hands-on career in high-end residential building. Over the years, he’s honed his skills as a carpenter, remodeler, and builder of family estate homes—running his own business and collaborating on projects across the country, including a recent one in Montana with his brother. As a Project Manager at Ben Quie & Sons, Michael is the steady presence clients interact with daily. He helps interpret design intent, explain building processes, and ensure clients feel informed and confident every step of the way.

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, scuba diving, sailing, and building custom parts for his ever-evolving VW van project.
