Edwin Lundie Classic Wins Regional RotY™ Award
Minneapolis, MN, February 10, 2025—The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has named Ben Quie & Sons in Minneapolis, MN, 2025 North Central Regional Remodeler of the Year (RotY™) winner in the Residential Historical Renovation/Restoration under $250,000 category as part of its annual awards competition, highlighting them as a regional historic award winner.

Originally designed by the renowned Minnesotan architect Edwin Lundie, this home underwent a transformation under our team’s care. We were tasked with converting this area into a four-season living space. Not only did this provide the homeowner with more livable square footage, but it also allowed us to pay homage to Mr. Lundie’s architectural style and legacy by taking great care in the details used for the new space, making it a regional historic award winner.
Each year, NARI presents awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. The Remodeler of the Year Awards, formerly Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards, are the highest form of recognition by industry leaders and peers. With hundreds of entries submitted nationwide, each project is judged with meticulous standards and criteria. This year, more than 160 Regional Winners earned this prestigious honor, collectively representing over $190 million in remodeling projects, many of which were acknowledged as regional historic award winners.
